of the Holy Spirit.

History

In 1908 at Pilot Point, Texas, a group of Pastors and lay leaders organized the Church of the Nazarene which still today has its roots in Methodism where we consider John Wesley’s teaching to be our key for holiness.  Coming forward to 1989, a group of still dedicated people with their Pastor Joe McNulty started a Church of the Nazarene in Trussville, Al which they named New Life.  In 1991 they leased a vacated boat store on Service Road and within a few years actually purchased the building out right.  The men and women of the church donated their labor and money and turned the boat store into a lovely church facility.  The New Life Church still worships in the renovated boat store.  Pastor Gerald and his wife Paulette came to us on February 24, 2008 and have been a blessing since their arrival.  Drop by for a visit, we would love to have you.
